Great news! There's a new plan option for 2020
This year Open Enrollment will take place from October 28 to November 29, 2019. This is your time to review your health care benefits and make choices and changes for 2020. Your NAF employer works hard to continue to offer comprehensive and cost-effective benefits. Elections you make during enrollment will take effect on January 1, 2020. Remember, you may only make changes to your coverage elections throughout the year if you have a qualified family status change (adding or removing family members).
For 2020, eligible employees and retirees will have the option of enrolling in a new plan called the Aetna High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). You’ll want to learn about this new plan and compare it to the other options so you can make the best choice during Open Enrollment.

How to enroll
To enroll in benefits, follow the steps below:

- Identify what plan(s) you are eligible for by entering your zip code below.
Review the 2020 medical and dental bi-weekly premiums.
To enroll in the Aetna medical and/or dental plan, and/or an FSA:
- Review the eligibility requirements to ensure you have the supporting documentation (if necessary) to enroll or make changes.
- Print, complete and submit your forms and documentation to your local HR representative within 31 days of your qualifying event.
- To enroll in an HMO available in your area, please see your local HR representative for an enrollment package.
