As an Aetna® member, you have access to many services, programs and online tools to help you better understand and use your health plan. You’ll find everything you need in one place — your Aetna member website.

Once you’re registered, the site will be personalized for you each time you log in. You’ll be able to access your complete health plan information, manage your benefits, use cost-saving tools, find providers and facilities in the Aetna network, and more.

Use it when you want to:

  • Find a doctor, dentist, lab or facility in your area and in the Aetna network
  • Keep a record of your health history called a Personal Health Record (PHR)
  • Learn about the Aetna Discount Program for health-related products and services
  • Estimate health care costs ahead of time with the cost of care tools
  • See who’s covered
  • Find your Aetna member ID card
  • Review claims and more
