24-Hour Nurse Line

You’ll have access to the 24-Hour Nurse Line, toll-free, day or night. You can speak to a registered nurse about a variety of health issues or to decide where to go when you need care. This can save you a costly trip to the emergency room (ER) if one isn’t needed right now. While only a doctor can diagnose illnesses or prescribe drugs, these nurses can:

  • Answer health-related questions
  • Help you decide where to go for care
  • Tell you simple steps you can take to address a non-urgent health issue

To reach the 24-Hour Nurse Line: Call 1-800-556-1555 (TTY: 711).

In-network lab services

You can save big on lab services by getting your testing done at one of these preferred national labs: Quest Diagnostics (your preferred lab for biometric screenings) or Labcorp. You can also go to any other lab in the Aetna network. Out-of-network care will cost you more, and you may need to submit out-of-network claims yourself. Remember: If your doctor collects a sample in their office, ask that it be sent to an in-network lab for processing.

To find in-network labs: Log in to your member website at Aetna.com and go to Find care & pricing, then select Labs & testing.

To sign up for a Labcorp account: Visit Patient.Labcorp.com or download the free Labcorp Patient mobile app.
